The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 3 held on 07/05/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

Board of Directors Resolutions’ Disclosure 7^th May 2026.

Muscat, Oman, 7^th May 2026: The Board of Directors of SMN Power Holding SAOG (“the Company”) is pleased to advise that it has resolved the following at the meeting of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) held on 7^th May 2026:

a)            Approval of the separate and consolidated unaudited Financial Statements of the Company for the three-month period ended 31^st March 2026.

 

b)            Approval of the Board of Directors’ report for the three-month period ended     31^st March 2026.
