The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 4 held on 11/05/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

In compliance with the disclosure rules and regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority, Management of Muscat Gases Company would like to announce that the Board of Directors of Muscat Gases Company S.A.O.G has approved the Un-Audited Financial Results for the period ended 31st March 2026 in their meeting held on 11^th May 2026.

*Board meeting resolutions have to be disclosed one hour, at least, before the beginning of the next day trading session.
