The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 4 held on 13/05/2026 and passed the following resolutions.
| Board of Directors approved the Financial Statements for the Period January – March 2026. |
| The Board of Directors of Galfar Engineering & Contracting SAOG, have in their meeting held on Wednesday 13th May 2026 approved the unaudited financial statements for the parent company and the unaudited consolidated financial statements for the period January-March 2026, initial results of which were already disclosed on 15th April 2026. |
| The full financials will be uploaded in MSX website within the prescribed period.
