Disclosure of Board of Directors resolutions on approving the un-audited financial statements for the First Quarter ended 31 March 2026

 

Global Financial Investments Holding Company SAOG would like to announce to the “Company” shareholders & investors that the Board of Directors held its meeting on 13 May 2026 and Approved the “Un-Audited” financials for the First Quarter ended 31 March 2026.
