The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 227 held on 14/05/2026 and passed the following resolutions.
| Subject: Unaudited Interim Condensed Financial Statements for the Three-Month Period Ended 31 March 2026
The Board of Directors of Oman International Development and Investment Company SAOG (“Ominvest”) in its meeting held on the 14th of May 2026 has approved the Un-Audited Condensed Interim Financial Statements for the Three-month period ended 31 March 2026.
The profit attributable to the shareholders of the Parent Company from the Group profit is RO 11.01 million compared to RO 10.4 million in the corresponding period in 2025.
Both the Arabic and English copies of the Financial Statements and Directors Report have been uploaded on the MSX website.
