the Board Resolution on the Vacancy of the Chief Internal Audit Position 

, the company would like     

to correct the previous declaration, as

the correct job title of Mr. Ali bin Ahmed Al Maawali, currently holding the position of Head of Internal Audits and not Internal Audit Manager, has been corrected  whereby he has been assigned the duties and responsibilities of Acting Chief Internal Audit Executive.
