Riyadh - Mubasher: The board members of Mufeed Company recommended on 31 May 2026 withholding cash dividend distributions for 2025, according to a bourse filing.

The decision supports the company’s medium-term strategy to strengthen its financial position and preserve liquidity for future growth and operational sustainability in light of the working capital requirements of the upcoming phase. 

Mufeed noted that future dividends will be assessed based on financial performance, cash flows, and investment needs.

Moreover, the proposal will be submitted for approval at the next ordinary general assembly meeting. The company added that the date of the meeting will be announced through the official channels within the timeframes specified under the regulations of the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
