Riyadh – Mubasher: Sport Clubs Company has appointed Sara Abdulaziz Almodaimigh as a non-executive board member for the current board term, which ends on 25 September 2027.

Her membership commenced on 1 June 2026, according to a bourse statement.

Almodaimigh holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the American University of Sharjah. She has extensive professional experience in investment and entrepreneurship.

The new board member worked in asset management at Saudi Fransi Capital and has held a managerial position at ASAS Holding Company since 2018.

She also founded and managed KORE, the first certified women’s CrossFit studio in Riyadh, and currently serves as a member of its board of directors.

Last May, Sport Clubs officially opened a new fitness facility in Dammam, expanding the company’s footprint in the Eastern Province.
