Riyadh - Mubasher: Saudi Top Trading Company issued an addendum to its earlier announcement regarding the board’s invitation to shareholders to attend the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), which is scheduled for 24 June 2026. 

This addendum includes the attachment of the Audit Committee's annual report for 2025, according to a bourse filing.

It is worth noting that the report forms part of the supporting documents for the assembly’s agenda items.

The meeting is set to be held at 7:00 PM Riyadh time through modern technology with participation enabled remotely from the company’s headquarters in Riyadh.

Meanwhile, the shareholders will be able to attend and vote through the Tadawulaty platform.
