Riyadh – Mubasher: Digital Research Company (DRC) signed a framework agreement for providing research and consulting services with a government entity on 31 May 2026.

DRC noted that the deal’s value exceeds 30% of total revenue as per the audited financial statements of 2025, according to a bourse disclosure.

The three-year contract, awarded on 26 February, is expected to have a positive financial impact on the company's financial results starting from 2026.

DRC recently invited its shareholders to attend an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on 28 June to mainly review and vote upon a proposed capital raise.

On 21 April, the board recommended a 75% capital hike through bonus shares by capitalizing the full share premium balance of SAR 12.49 million and the partial statutory reserve balance of SAR 158,285.
