Riyadh – Mubasher: Khaled Dhafer & Brothers Logistics Services Company (KDL Logistics) has announced a planned leadership transition following the decision of its current CEO, Saleh Farhan Al Hariri, not to renew his employment contract due to personal reasons.
The company confirmed that Al Hariri will conclude his tenure on 30 September 2026, according to a bourse disclosure.
To ensure organizational stability, the KDL Logistics’ board of directors resolved to appoint Majed Abdullah Al Qahtani, the current Vice President of Operations, as the coming CEO effective 1 October 2026.
The board received a formal letter from the incumbent CEO Al Hariri expressing his desire not to renew his current contract, which is slated to expire in late 2026. The Board formally accepted this request during its meeting held on 23 May 2026.
Despite the announcement of his eventual departure, Al Hariri will remain in his current capacity for the duration of his remaining term.
Al Qahtani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from King Saud University. His academic foundation is bolstered by several specialized professional certifications in supply chain management and logistics services, which are central to KDL Logistics’s core business operations.
