The Board of Directors of Raysut Cement Company SAOG (the “Company”), at its meeting held on 13 May 2026, approved the establishment of an Investment Committee as a Board Committee to support the Board in overseeing the Company's investment activities, evaluating strategic opportunities, and enhancing long-term shareholder value.

The Committee shall comprise the following members of the Board of Directors:

• Mr. Abdullah Mohammed Al Abri
• Mr. Salim Hamood Al Habsi

 

The establishment of the Investment Committee reflects the Company's commitment to strengthening its corporate governance framework, supporting the implementation of its business strategy, identifying sustainable growth opportunities, optimizing the utilization of corporate resources, and safeguarding the interests of shareholders and stakeholders.
