Riyadh - Mubasher: Anmaat Technology Company announced a contract award with Saudi Energy Company for the End User Device Replacement and Expansion Project, according to a bourse disclosure.

Valued at SAR 314.50 million, the project award further strengthens the company's position as a trusted technology partner in the delivery of large-scale projects across the Kingdom.

Both sides are expected to sign the agreement on 10 June 2026. It will be executed through purchase orders issued by Saudi Energy during the contract term, in accordance with the terms and conditions to be agreed upon and set forth in the final contract.

Hence, the financial impact of the deal will be determined based on the purchase orders issued and executed soon.

Last March, Anmaat Technology won a SAR 47 million purchase agreement with Saudi Energy.
