Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Razi Medical Company opened nominations for membership on the company's Board of Directors for the upcoming term, commencing on 9 September 2026 until 8 September 2030.
The nomination for the four-year term will end on 1 July 2026, according to a bourse filing.
The election of candidates for the new term will take place during a general assembly meeting, the date of which will be announced later, after the completion of the nomination procedures.
