Riyadh - Mubasher: The board of National Company for Learning and Education (NCLE) approved the establishment of a Tarbyh Namouthajiyah schools complex at a total estimated cost of SAR 41 million.
With an estimated capacity of 2,200 male and female students, the project will be located in the Khuzam Suburb district, according to a bourse disclosure.
The agreement includes construction works, air conditioning, elevators, a theater, furnishings, technical devices, and other equipment for the educational complex.
Meanwhile, the construction work of the project is expected to be completed during the fourth quarter (Q4) of the company’s fiscal year (FY) 2026/2027.
This investment is part of NCLE's strategic objectives to expand and grow its student base while achieving growth and returns.
The educational complex will begin operations at the start of the academic year (AY) 2027/2028.
In the first nine months (9M) of FY25/26, NCLE recorded net profits attributable to the shareholders valued at SAR 168.231 million, up 8.52% year-on-year (YoY) from SAR 155.01 million.
