Riyadh - Mubasher: Service Equipment Company received a purchase order from Green Drive Arabia Company for an amount of SAR 3.70 million on 15 June 2026, according to a bourse filing.

The deal covers the supply of machinery and equipment to automotive maintenance centers at Riyadh, Qassim, Tabuk, Najran, Madinah, and Al Ahsa until 31 August.

Meanwhile, the financial impact is expected to be reflected in the listed company's annual financial statements for 2026.

Service Equipment is set to hold its ordinary general meeting (OGM) remotely via modern technology on 24 June, with electronic participation and voting available through the Tadawulaty platform.
