Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) has officially announced the award of a significant contract to provide data center hosting services to the Future of Artificial Intelligence Company, also known as HUMAIN.

According to a regulatory filing on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), the contract is valued at more than 30% of the company’s total consolidated revenues for the 2025 fiscal year, inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).

The contract award, which was finalized on 22 June, marks a strategic collaboration between MIS and HUMAIN. As a prominent player in the Saudi Arabian technology sector, MIS continues to expand its footprint in the infrastructure and hosting domain.

Under the terms of this specific award, MIS will be responsible for delivering comprehensive data center hosting services, which are essential for supporting the high-compute requirements of artificial intelligence operations.
