Riyadh – Mubasher: Keir International Company has finalized the electronic voting period for its Ordinary General Assembly (OGM) that took place on 30 June 2026, according to a bourse filing.

The voting process commenced on 26 June 2026, serving as a precursor to the first meeting of the assembly.

This early access allowed shareholders nearly five days to cast their votes on the assembly’s agenda items before the meeting officially began.

Keir International emphasized that the registration and voting processes were facilitated through the Tadawulaty service, which is the standard gateway for shareholder services in the Saudi capital market, and the company confirmed that registration and voting are available free of charge to all shareholders.

This digital approach is designed to streamline the voting process and ensure that all shareholders, regardless of their shareholding size, have the opportunity to exercise their voting rights effectively.

The meeting represents a significant event for Keir International as it addresses its agenda items through the Ordinary General Assembly.

Meanwhile, the use of the Tadawulaty platform underscores the company's commitment to leveraging the Saudi Exchange's infrastructure to maintain clear communication and engagement with its investor base.
