Riyadh – Mubasher: Purity for Information Technology Company (Purity Tech) has officially entered into a unified framework agreement with the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority (EXPRO) to supply information technology hardware and accessories to various Saudi government entities, according to a bourse filing.
The agreement, which follows an earlier award announcement in March 2026, establishes a structured procurement channel for end-user computing devices and peripheral equipment across the public sector.
While the total value of the contract is contingent upon subsequent purchase orders, the company anticipates a positive financial impact beginning in the 2026/2027 fiscal periods.
The signing of the contract took place on 28 June 2026, marking a significant milestone in Purity Tech’s efforts to expand its footprint within the Saudi government’s digital infrastructure ecosystem.
This agreement follows the initial award of the project on 28 March 2026. Under the terms of the unified framework, Purity is tasked with the provision of end-user computing (EUC) hardware, specialized IT equipment, and various accessory products designed to meet the operational requirements of beneficiary government agencies.
EXPRO serves as the primary counterparty and is the central Saudi authority responsible for enhancing the quality of government projects and optimizing spending efficiency. By centralizing the procurement of IT hardware through this framework agreement, the authority aims to standardize technical specifications and achieve economies of scale across the Kingdom’s public sector institutions.
The contract is scheduled for a primary duration of twelve months, effective from the date of signing. The agreement also includes a provision for potential extensions, allowing for continued cooperation between Purity and the government authority beyond the initial one-year term, subject to the requirements of the beneficiary entities and the performance of the contractor.
Regarding the financial implications, Purity has clarified that the total monetary value of the contract will be determined by the volume of individual purchase orders issued throughout the duration of the agreement.
The company expects the financial results of these transactions to be reflected in its financial statements starting from the 2026 and 2027 fiscal years.
In accordance with local regulatory requirements and Tadawul listing rules, Purity has committed to disclosing any future purchase orders that reach the threshold of material events.
The company confirmed that all necessary procedures and documentation required to finalize the agreement were completed on 28 June 2026.
Furthermore, the disclosure noted that there are no related parties involved in this transaction, ensuring that the contract was awarded under standard competitive and commercial conditions.
This framework agreement positions Purity Tech as a key supplier for the Saudi government’s ongoing digital transformation initiatives. By securing a role within the EXPRO procurement framework, the company gains a streamlined mechanism for delivering hardware solutions to a wide array of public institutions.
This partnership not only provides a predictable pipeline for potential revenue through 2027 but also reinforces the company’s standing as a verified provider of critical IT infrastructure within the Kingdom’s regulated procurement market.
The company recently relocated its primary corporate headquarters within the city of Riyadh.
