Riyadh — Mubasher: Naqi Water Company issued a regulatory filing to correct the execution date of a previously announced contract valued at SAR 17.58 million.

The agreement involves the establishment of a factory for manufacturing bottled water caps, including the purchase and installation of specialized machinery to enhance internal manufacturing and operational efficiency.

The company clarified that the transaction was officially signed on 5 July 2026. This statement corrects a clerical error in the original announcement published the same date, which incorrectly listed the signing date as 14 June 2026.

Management noted that the correction was issued to provide accurate information to shareholders. All other details regarding the investment in the new production facility remain unchanged.
