Riyadh – Mubasher: Yanbu Cement Company issued a corrective disclosure on Tuesday regarding the formation of its audit committee, amending details previously published on 7 July 2026.

The company clarified that the name of one committee member was incorrectly stated in the initial announcement.

The correct name of the member is Abdulaziz bin Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Fakhri. Furthermore, the company corrected his current professional designation.

While the previous filing identified him as the CEO of Alat, his accurate title is Chief Financial Officer of the same firm.

The correction follows a prior announcement made on the same day, corresponding to 1448-01-22 in the Hijri calendar.

Yanbu Cement confirmed that all other details regarding the committee’s composition remain unchanged. The amendment ensures the accuracy of the biographical information provided to shareholders and the Saudi Exchange.
