Riyadh – Mubasher: MBC Group’s shares fell to an all-time low of SAR 21.95, marking a 0.27% decline in recent trading, according to a bourse disclosure.

The Communication Services sector constituent is currently trading below all major technical benchmarks, with the 200-day Simple Moving Average (SMA) at 29.4, the 50-day SMA at 24.65, and the 20-day SMA at 23.57.

Technical indicators suggest sustained downward momentum, as the Relative Strength Index (RSI) has reached 23.06, placing the stock in oversold territory.

The Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) is recorded at -0.705, while an Average Directional Index (ADX) of 29.66 confirms a strengthening trend.

This price milestone follows regulatory disclosures from the company regarding the results of its Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) and the conclusion of electronic voting on its agenda items.

The stock has failed to maintain support levels established earlier in the year as it continues to deviate from its long-term price averages.

Last month, the group’s shareholders approved the financial results for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2025 and ratified a series of high-value related party contracts.
