Riyadh – Mubasher: Knowledge Economic City announced that its board of directors has issued a resolution to appoint Moath bin Ahmed Al Yahya as the company’s CEO.

The board decision, reached on 9 July, designates 19 July 2026 as the official commencement date for his executive duties, according to a bourse disclosure.

Al Yahya joins the company with more than 20 years of professional experience across real estate development, investment portfolio management, and the leadership of large-scale projects.

He has held several senior leadership positions in both the public and private sectors, most recently serving as the CEO of Rajhi United. During his tenure there, he managed a diverse portfolio encompassing residential, hospitality, infrastructure, and mixed-use developments.

His previous career highlights include leadership roles at the Ministry of Labor and Social Development, Osool Integrated Real Estate Company, and the Public Pension Agency.

Al Yahya holds a PhD in Project Management from the Queensland University of Technology, a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Griffith University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Building Engineering from Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University.

The board stated that the appointment aims to support the company’s strategic objectives and its ongoing development plans.

Knowledge Economic City penned a non-binding term sheet with Albilad Capital to appoint the latter as the manager for a private closed-ended real estate investment fund.
