Riyadh – Mubasher: Theeb Rent a Car Company announced on 14 July the signing of a contract addendum with HungerStation, establishing a formal four-year duration for the agreement.

This disclosure follows a previous announcement made on 15 July 2026 regarding the ongoing partnership between the two companies, as per a bourse disclosure.

Under the terms of the addendum, vehicle deliveries are scheduled to take place in batches. The initial phase of these deliveries is set to commence within the first six months from the start of the implementation of the addendum.

The company noted that the delivery schedule remains subject to global logistical conditions and procedures that may be beyond the control of agents or the company itself.

Theeb Rent a Car confirmed that there is no additional financial impact resulting from this specific update, as the financial implications remain consistent with those detailed in the previous disclosure.
