Riyadh - Mubasher: Arabia Insurance Cooperative Company announced that its board of directors approved the formation of several key sub-committees following a circular resolution issued on 16 July.
The move follows the receipt of a non-objection from the Insurance Authority and aligns with the start of the board’s new four-year term, which commenced on 20 May 2026.
The newly formed Executive Committee will be chaired by Nadine Hassan Al Habbal, who will also lead the Risk Management Committee.
The Nominations and Remunerations Committee is to be headed by Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al Anqari, while Ghassan Ibrahim Aqeel has been appointed as the Chairman of the Investment Committee.
These appointments are part of the governance structure for the current board cycle, which is scheduled to conclude on 19 May 2030.
Other committee members include Othman Mohammed Ali Bedier, Ziad Mohammed Al Rubaish, Wahbe Abdullah Tamari, Abdullah Saeed bin Saeed, Adel Nicholas Satal, and Adel Bashir Al Bayedh.
The restructuring follows the General Assembly meeting held on 20 May 2026, where the board members were originally elected.
On 16 July, the company received final approval from the Insurance Authority to begin the marketing and sale of its Premium Residency insurance product.
