The Gulf Mushroom Products Co. SAOG announces that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 20 July 2026, approved the expansion of the Company's compost production capacity by 50%, as part of the Company's strategy to enhance its production capabilities and support future growth. Upon completion of the project, the annual compost production capacity is expected to increase from about 20,000 metric tons to 30,000 metric tons. The expansion is expected to be completed and commercially operational by 31 December 2029.
