The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 3 held on 22/07/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

 

Board of Directors’ resolutions Disclosure

Barka Desalination Company SAOG advises the Financial Services Authority, the Muscat Stock Exchange and the investors’ community that it has resolved the following at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 22 July 2026:

 

1. Approval of the Directors Report as at 30th  June 2026.

2. Approval of the Unaudited Financial Statements as at 30th  June  2026.

3. Approval for the appointment of SIDEM as consultant to carry out the study and prepare the engineering design for the potable water modification to the plant.

*Board meeting resolutions have to be disclosed one hour, at least, before the beginning of the next day trading session.
