Riyadh — Mubasher: The Saudi Sukuk and Bonds market index ended Wednesday's session, 22 July 2026, with a gain of 1.20%, closing at 4,854.92 points.
Market activity saw a balanced split between gainers and decliners, with seven instruments advancing and seven declining, while 50 issues remained unchanged amid a total turnover of SAR 38.31 million.
The market index added 57.45 points during the session, supported by significant gains in specific government debt instruments.
Total trading volume reached 38.95 million shares, driven largely by high-volume transactions in banking and sovereign Sukuk.
In terms of individual performance, KSA Sukuk 2026-01-15 (5379) led the gainers with a sharp increase of +7.80%, closing at SAR 100.99. It was followed by KSA Sukuk 2020-07-15 (5303), which rose +3.85% to SAR 82.62.
Other notable gainers included CENOMI CENTERS SUKUK 11/2031 (5023), up +0.25% to SAR 101.65, and RAYA SUKUK PREP (5024), which edged up +0.19% to SAR 103.20.
Government issues KSA Sukuk 2023-08-10 (5334) and KSA Sukuk 2023-08-09 (5333) saw modest gains of +0.11% and +0.05% respectively.
Conversely, KSA Sukuk 2024-04-12 (5344) was the top decliner, falling -3.61% to SAR 101.20. RAWASI SUKUK 03/2030 (5021) dropped -1.92% to SAR 98.08, while AQASEEM SUKUK 05/2030 (5022) retreated -1.53% to close at SAR 95.50.
Other losses were recorded by ALKATHIRI SUKUK 03/2028 (5015), which fell -1.34% to SAR 74.00, and IOUD SUKUK 05/2031 (5026), down -0.89% to SAR 100.10.
Liquidity and volume were heavily concentrated in ALRAJHI SUKUK PERP (1113), which emerged as the most active instrument by both value and volume. The Sukuk saw SAR 22.7 million in turnover across 22.73 million shares, despite a slight price decline of -0.22% to SAR 99.98.
KSA Sukuk 2023-08-09 (5333) followed in activity with SAR 9.62 million in traded value, while KSA Sukuk 2023-08-10 (5334) recorded SAR 4.79 million in transactions.
Other active instruments included CENOMI CENTERS SUKUK 11/2031 (5023) and KSA Sukuk 2026-01-15 (5379), which contributed SAR 370,000 and SAR 330,000 to the daily total respectively.
