Saudi Investment Funds Index closes Wednesday flat

Riyadh — Mubasher: The Saudi Investment Funds index concluded Wednesday's trading session, 22 July 2026, at 2,994.44 points, maintaining a stable position with a marginal gain of 0.01 points.

Market activity saw 18 funds advancing against 12 decliners, while total liquidity reached SAR 12.26 million through the exchange of 1.82 million shares.

The index remained unchanged in percentage terms (+0.00%) despite a positive breadth of advancing issues.

Trading concentrated heavily on Real Estate Investment Traded Funds (REITs) and Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), with 6 funds closing without price changes.

In the list of top gainers, ALBILAD US ETF (9406) led the performance with a 2.04% increase to SAR 16.02. It was followed by ALJAZIRA REIT (4331), which rose 1.99% to SAR 11.29 on a traded value of SAR 0.62M.

Other notable gainers included ALBILAD US TECH ETF (9407) up 1.76% at SAR 24.87, and YAQEEN 30 ETF (9400) which climbed 1.18% to SAR 49.36. JADWA REIT SAUDI (4342) also saw positive momentum, gaining 1.05% to close at SAR 10.58.

Conversely, MUSHARAKA REIT (4335) recorded the sharpest decline of the session, falling 2.17% to SAR 3.61.

ALISTITHMAR REIT (4350) retreated 1.07% to SAR 7.42, while international-focused ETFs faced pressure, with SABI HK ETF (9411) dropping 1.02% to SAR 12.57 and ALBILAD HONG KONG CHINA ETF (9410) declining 0.82% to SAR 10.87.

Liquidity was primarily driven by BONYAN REIT (4347), which emerged as the most active fund by both value and volume.

Despite a 0.40% price decline to SAR 10.08, it recorded SAR 2.41 million in turnover and 240,000 shares traded.

SEDCO MULTI ASSET (4703) followed in activity, rising 0.72% to SAR 6.98 with SAR 1.75 million in value.

ALKHABEER INCOME (4700) saw significant volume with 350,000 shares traded, though its price fell 0.62% to SAR 4.8.

Other active funds included ALKHABEER REIT (4348), which remained flat at SAR 5.72, and ALINMA HOSPITALITY REIT (4349), which eased 0.25% to SAR 8.12.
