The e-voting session is scheduled to begin at 01:00 on 23 July 2026, via the Tadawulaty platform, according to a bourse filing.

The assembly meeting is slated to take place virtually at 19:30 on 27 July 2026. This follow-up announcement refers to the initial invitation published on 5 July 2026.

Shareholders registered on the Tadawulaty services website can participate in the voting process free of charge until the conclusion of the general assembly.

The company stated that the meeting will be conducted using modern technology to facilitate remote attendance.
