Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Fransi Capital announced the distribution of SAR 9.18 million in cash dividend to Taleem REIT Fund unit holders for the period from 1 April to 30 June 2026.

The distribution will be paid out to 51 million outstanding units at a rate of SAR 0.18 per unit. This payout represents 1.21% of the fund’s net asset value as of 31 December 2025.

According to the fund manager, eligibility for the dividends will be based on the unit holder register at the end of 30 July 2026.

The fund manager confirmed that the distribution process will be completed within 15 business days following the eligibility date.

Unit holders are advised to update their bank account details with their respective financial institutions to ensure the direct deposit of their entitlements.
