Riyadh — Mubasher: Significant shifts in major ownership stakes across the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) were highlighted by a substantial new position in Alandalus Property Company and a notable reduction in Electrical Industries Company (EIC), involving seven distinct transactions.
Alzakary Holding Company emerged as a primary mover in the market, acquiring a 17.28% stake in Alandalus Property.
This transaction marks the entry of Alzakary Holding into the major shareholders list for the property developer, moving from a zero position to 17.28%.
In the industrial sector, Ajda Industrial Services Company, a single-shareholder entity, reduced its stake in EIC by 3.75%.
Consequently, Ajda’s equity holding decreased from 18.75% to 15%.
Similarly, Derayah Financial Company lowered its exposure in Naseej International Trading Company by 0.47%, bringing its total ownership to 5.34% from the previous 5.81%.
The media and export sectors saw incremental increases by individual investors. Fahad Naif Mutaib Al Anzi raised his stake ownership in Tihama Advertising and Public Relations by 0.45%, reaching a total of 7.39%.
Additionally, Adel Abdullah Nasser Al Ajlan increased his holding in Saudi Industrial Export Company (Sadirat) by 0.28%, moving from 9.40% to 9.68%.
Downside adjustments were also recorded for Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al Mousa Investment Company in Almoosa Health Company, which saw a 0.20% decrease to 65.75%.
Tam Development Company reported a marginal reduction in its own major shareholding position by 0.13%, settling at 9.03% compared to the previous 9.16%.
According to the latest data on 23 July 2026, no new shareholders entered the major ownership threshold of 5% or more during this period, and no existing major shareholders completely exited their positions.
