Riyadh — Mubasher: Anmat Technology for Trading Company announced the receipt of a project award notice from a Saudi military government entity.

The contract is valued at SAR 113.78 million, including value-added tax, and involves the execution of a project for the supply and installation of specialized equipment for the military body.

The project was officially awarded on 23 July 2026, according to the regulatory filing.

Meanwhile, Anmat Technology expects the formal contract signing to take place on 23 August 2026.

The company further confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction.

Moreover, no further financial details regarding the impact on the company's financial statements were disclosed at this time.

Earlier in July, Anmat Technology signed a contract worth around SAR 36.98 million with the Saudi Ministry of Defense.
