Riyadh – Mubasher: Arab Sea Information Systems Company announced the relocation of its corporate headquarters within Riyadh, moving from its previous location in the Al Rayyan district to a new facility in the Al Sahafa district.

The transition to the new site is effective as of 26 July 2026, according to a bourse filing.

The company disclosed the national address for the new premises at building number 2892 on Street 30, located in the Al Sahafa district of Riyadh.

The address details include the postal code 13321 and an additional sub-number of 6255. The relocation will not impact the company's existing communication channels, as all previous contact numbers remain unchanged. The move is part of the company's administrative updates within the capital city.

As of 31 March 2026, the accumulated losses of Arab Sea Information Systems hit SAR 21.45 million, representing 21.45% of the company’s SAR 100 million of total share capital.
