Rasheed Mohammed Rasheed Al Rasheed emerged as a major shareholder in United Wire Factories Company, Aslak, acquiring a 7.83% stake.

This move represents a significant entry into the company’s major ownership list, as the previous holding was below the 5% disclosure threshold.

In the trading sector, Adel Abdullah Nasser Al Ajlan increased his position in Saudi Industrial Export Company (Sadirat).

Al Ajlan ownership rose by 0.11%, moving from 9.71% to 9.82% of the company’s total shares.

Market data for the period showed no other new entries or exits from the list of major shareholders owning 5% or more of any listed Saudi entity.
