Riyadh - Mubasher: Alamar Foods Company announced the formal appointment of its board leadership and the formation of several sub-committees following the commencement of its new three-year term on 11 April 2026.
In a board meeting held on 23 April 2026, the company designated Ibrahim Abdulaziz Al Jammaz as Chairman and Assem Saud Al Jammaz as Vice Chairman, both serving as non-executive members.
The appointments follow the general assembly’s election of the board on 5 April 2026 for a cycle that concludes on 10 April 2029.
Alongside the leadership roles, Waleed Adly was appointed as the secretary to the board.
The company also finalized the composition of its standing committees. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee will be chaired by independent member Zaki Abdulaziz Al Shwaier.
The Executive Committee is to be led by Nofal Trabelsi and includes Chief Executive Officer Filippo Sgattoni as a member from outside the board. Additionally, Faisal Omar Al Sakkaf was appointed to chair the Audit Committee.
These governance structures are intended to oversee the company’s strategic and operational compliance throughout the current board session.
On 30 June, the company’s shareholders greenlighted related-party transactions at the ordinary general meeting (OGM).
