Riyadh — Mubasher: City Cement Company announced the start of electronic voting at 1:00 on 30 July 2026 for its Ordinary General Assembly meeting (OGM), according to a bourse filing.

Shareholders are invited to participate in the meeting, which is scheduled to take place via modern technology at 18:30 on 3 August 2026.

The e-voting, which follows an initial invitation issued on 9 July 2026, will remain open until the conclusion of the assembly.

Shareholders registered on the Tadawulaty portal can cast their votes on several key agenda items, including the approval of financial statements, the selection of external auditors, and the election of members to the Board of Directors.

The company stated that registration and voting services are provided free of charge to all shareholders.
