Riyadh — Mubasher: Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) generated net profits valued at SAR 43.51 million for the second quarter (Q2) of 2026, up 34.79% year-on-year (YoY) from SAR 32.28 million.
The profit growth was driven by a significant surge in quarterly revenue, which climbed by 95.64% to SAR 595.19 million, versus SAR 304.22 million a year earlier.
MIS attributed the revenue surge to the continued expansion of its technology and digital infrastructure projects.
Operating profit for the quarter rose by 53.64% to SAR 52.50 million, despite the recording of SAR 19.70 million in expected credit loss provisions.
On a sequential basis, net profit jumped by 258.40% from the SAR 12.14 million recorded in Q1-26, with net profit margins improving from 3.85% to 7.31%.
In the first half (H1) of 2026, net profit reached SAR 55.65 million, an annual drop of 15.85% from SAR 66.13 million. The company noted that the half-year decrease was primarily due to non-recurring capital gains realized during 2025.
Total revenue for H1-26 stood at SAR 910.08 million, while earnings per share (EPS) reached SAR 1.86.
MIS recently bagged a SAR 179.78 million contract to provide information technology services and maintenance for medical devices and equipment at King Saud Medical City.
