Riyadh – Mubasher: Advanced Building Solutions for Projects (Zodcon), a subsidiary of Advanced Building Industries Company (SENAAT), has signed a major construction contract with Hamat.

The agreement, valued at SAR 232.74 million excluding value-added tax, was officially signed on 30 July 2026.

Under the terms of the contract, Zodcon will execute all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works for an integrated commercial complex located in the Makkah region.

Meanwhile, the project is scheduled to be completed over a duration of 15 months.

The company expects the financial impact of this agreement to begin appearing in its financial statements during the fourth quarter (Q44) of 2026.

SENAAT noted that the contract is anticipated to have a positive effect on the company's overall financial results. The disclosure further confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction.

In June, the Tadawul-listed company received a letter from Zamil Group Holding Company and Zamil Group Investment Company Limited regarding the transfer of ownership.
