Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) signed a five-year framework agreement with Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco) for the provision of data center leasing services.

The contract includes an option for a two-year extension according to the terms of the agreement.

Under the framework, MIS will provide data center infrastructure including racks, cooling systems, power, connectivity, security, and support services.

These facilities are designated to host requirements for both a primary data center and a disaster recovery center.

The financial value of the contract will be determined by individual purchase orders issued following mutual agreement between the two parties, based on a price list established within the framework.

MIS expects a positive financial impact from the deal, which will begin to materialize upon the receipt of the first purchase orders. The company confirmed there are no related parties involved in the transaction.

The Tadawul-listed company won a SAR 80.88 million project award by the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
