Riyadh — Mubasher: Saudi Automotive Services Company (SASCO) has received a formal notice on 13 August 2026 from Riyadh Airports Company requiring the eviction and demolition of its leased site on King Salman Road in Riyadh.

The site includes a fuel station and hotel buildings, which are being cleared to make way for the implementation of the Riyadh Expo 2030 project.

SASCO is currently engaged in negotiations with Riyadh Airports Company and officials from the Expo project to determine the compensation value for the station and hotel assets located on the property.

The listed company stated that the final compensation amount and the resulting financial impact will be disclosed to shareholders as soon as the settlement is finalized and received.

Meanwhile, no specific financial figures regarding the book value of the assets or expected compensation were provided in the initial disclosure.

It is worth noting that SASCO recently announced its financial statements for the period ended on 30 June 2026.
