The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 8/2026 held on 13/08/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

Disclosure 

Unaudited financial results for the Second quarter ended 30th June 2026

Following the disclosure on 11/8/2026 regarding the initial unaudited Q2 financial results, we would like to inform that the Board of Oman Telecommunications Company SAOG (Omantel) met on Thursday, 13/8/2026 and approved the unaudited financial results with no changes. All the financials will be uploaded on the MSX website within the specific timeframe.
