The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 229 held on 13/08/2026 and passed the following resolutions.
| The Board of Directors of Oman International Development and Investment Company SAOG (“Ominvest”) in its meeting held on Thursday the 13th of August 2026 has approved the Un-Audited Interim Condensed Financial Statements for the six-month period ended 30 June 2026.
The profit attributable to the shareholders of the Parent Company from the Group profit is RO 21.53 million compared to RO 20.05 million in the corresponding period in 2025.
Both the Arabic and English copies of the Financial Statements and Directors’ Report have been uploaded on the MSX website.
