Riyadh — Mubasher: International Human Resources Company announced the award of a contract to operate customer service functions for the Financial Academy, according to a bourse disclosure.

The project was awarded on 9 August 2026 and is valued at SAR 4 million, excluding value-added tax.

Under the terms of the agreement, the company will provide specialized operational services for a duration of 36 months

The official contract signing is expected to take place on 15 September 2026.

Meanwhile, the execution of these services is scheduled to commence on 1 October 2026.

International Human Resources confirmed that there are no related parties involved in this transaction.

This project aligns with the company's core operations in providing human resources and service management solutions within the Saudi market.

It is worth noting that International Human Resources recently unveiled details of a contract with National Water Company (NWC).
