Riyadh — Mubasher: Marble Design Company announced its interim financial results for the six-month period ended on 30 June 2026, reporting a net profit of SAR 7.02 million.
The earnings registered in the first half (H1) of 2026 represented a 9.19% decrease compared to the SAR 7.73 million recorded during the same period in the previous year, according to a bourse filing.
The company attributed the decline in profitability to a combination of lower market demand and an increase in other expenses.
Total revenue for the period remained relatively stable but edged down 0.16% to SAR 22.32 million, compared to SAR 22.35 million in the prior-year period.
Earnings per share (EPS) stood at SAR 0.09 in H1-26, down from SAR 0.1 in the corresponding period of 2025.
Total shareholders' equity, excluding non-controlling interests, rose by 10.62% to reach SAR 102.87 million in H1-26 from SAR 92.99 million a year earlier.
The company confirmed that certain comparative figures were reclassified to align with the current period's presentation as detailed in the financial notes. In addition, the external auditor issued an unmodified opinion on the financial statements.
According to the company’s announcement earlier this year, Marble Design intends to transfer from the Saudi Exchange’s (Tadawul) Parallel Market (Nomu).
