Riyadh – Mubasher: Gulf General Cooperative Insurance (GGCI) issued a reminder to its shareholders regarding the commencement of electronic voting for the ordinary general meeting (OGM).

The meeting is scheduled to be conducted via modern technology on 17 August 2026, at 6:30 PM.

The electronic voting period opened at 1 AM on 13 August 2026 and will remain available until the conclusion of the counting committee's work.

Shareholders registered with the Tadawulaty service can cast their votes remotely and free of charge. This follows the company's initial invitation to the assembly published on 21 July 2026.

The company has urged shareholders to participate in the voting process through the Tadawulaty platform.

In the first half (H1) of 2026, the net loss of GGCI narrowed to SAR 29.49 million from SAR 52.86 million a year earlier.
