Riyadh — Mubasher: Alqemam for Computer Systems Company recently signed a framework agreement with the Expenditure and Projects Efficiency Authority (EXPRO) for a duration of 24 months, according to a bourse disclosure.

The contract was penned on 10 August 2026 and involves the provision of infrastructure and data software licenses and programs to various Saudi government agencies.

The company stated that the total value of the agreement is not fixed at the outset, as it will be determined by specific purchase orders issued throughout the contract duration.

This agreement follows an initial award notification previously received on 5 April 2026.

Alqemam expects the deal to have a positive financial impact as purchase orders are fulfilled.

The company further noted that it will disclose any significant purchase orders that meet regulatory disclosure requirements, detailing their specific financial impact and the periods in which they will be reflected.

It also confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction.
