The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 7/2026 held on 17/08/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

In its meeting held on the 17^th of August 2026 the board of directors RESOLVED THAT;

-    Convening an Ordinary General Meeting on the 6^th of September 2026 to elect a new board of directors be approved.

*Board meeting resolutions have to be disclosed one hour, at least, before the beginning of the next day trading session.
