Riyadh – Mubasher: Tihama Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Company announced the resignation of independent board member Hatem Ali Barghash, effective on 16 August 2026.

Barghash, who had served on the board since 27 November 2024, submitted his resignation citing concerns over the company's internal governance and administrative processes.

In his resignation statement, Barghash claimed he was unable to exercise his statutory duties and responsibilities due to the current mechanism of board management. He further alleged a lack of neutrality in handling member requests and proposals.

The company stated that the remaining board members maintain reservations regarding the claims made in the resignation letter, describing the allegations as inaccurate.

The departure marks the end of a tenure that began on 27 November 2024, following the formal submission and effectiveness of the resignation on 16 August.

Tihama Advertising did not immediately announce a successor for the vacant independent seat.

The company dismissed CEO Hussein Masoud Al Dosari, following the confirmation of administrative and financial violations, alongside a breach of the authority matrix approved by the board.
