Riyadh - Mubasher: Dar Al Balad for Business Solutions Company issued a corrective announcement today regarding its previous disclosure dated 17 August 2026, concerning board of directors appointments.

The company clarified that the previous statement regarding the appointment of Bassam bin Ibrahim bin Salama to a vacant board seat and his designation as Managing Director was incorrect.

Under the corrected statement, Abdulaziz bin Ibrahim bin Salama will continue in his current role as Managing Director, reversing the previous notification that he would transition to a non-executive member.

The company further clarified that the new board seat will be filled through a formal election process by the General Assembly following the opening of a nomination period.

Consequently, the number of appointed board members remains at 5 until the nomination process for the sixth seat is initiated.

The company stated that if the board decides to fill the newly created position, a formal announcement regarding the opening of nominations will be released at a later date. This correction follows the initial board decision recorded on 16 August.
